Brainspotting is a gentle, neuroscience-informed therapy that helps people access and heal emotional material stored deep in the brain and body. Rather than relying only on talking, Brainspotting uses specific “gaze points” in your visual field that connect to the brain’s emotional processing centers.
When a Brainspot is found, your nervous system naturally begins to unwind stress, trauma, or stuck patterns—often more quickly and organically than with traditional talk therapy. It’s a powerful way to process what feels overwhelming, reconnect with your inner calm, and move forward with greater clarity and ease.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) combines the therapeutic effects of ketamine with guided psychotherapy to create openings for insight, emotional flexibility, and healing that can be harder to access through traditional talk therapy alone. Many clients find KAP helpful because ketamine can temporarily shift rigid thought patterns, soften defenses, and support a deeper connection to underlying emotions and inner resources.
KAP is considered a groundbreaking approach in the mental health field due to its emerging research and its potential to accelerate therapeutic progress when used safely and intentionally. In my practice, I partner with a trusted psychiatrist who oversees all medical aspects of treatment. He conducts the medical evaluation and determines eligibility for KAP. Once approved, we work together to integrate the experience in a supportive, grounded therapeutic setting.
