Do you do individual sessions or only intensives? And how often would I need to come?

Yes, I do individual sessions as well as intensives. How often clients come for individual sessions depends on their situation, symptoms and availability. Some people come weekly, biweekly or monthly. I usually recommend people come weekly for the first month in order to build a thorough treatment plan and objectives, but how often you come depends on you and your availability.

Do you accept insurance?

Although I am not in-network with any insurance providers, I do provide a superbill you can submit to your insruance company at the end of every month for reimbursement. I also work with a company called Mentaya that can submit your superbill to your insurance for you for a small fee.

Do you offer in-person or virtual therapy?

Yes. I offer in-person therapy in Chico, California, as well as virtual therapy for clients located in Utah and throughout California. Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform and provide the same level of care and support as in-person sessions. However, ketamine sessions are only done in-person for clients who are doing ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

Together, we can determine which option best fits your needs, location, and preferences.

Who Do you work with?

I work exclusively with women, teens, and college-age women who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of the clients I support are thoughtful, sensitive, and motivated, yet may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward during this season of life.

I often work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and the stress that can accompany transitions such as starting college, entering adulthood, or navigating meaningful personal change. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative, offering a supportive space to slow down, build insight, and develop tools for lasting growth.

I provide in-person therapy in Chico, California and virtual therapy for clients located in Utah.
