I am so glad you are here! Finding a therapist who is a good fit is probably the most important factor in making the progress you’re looking for in therapy. This page should give you a good understanding of who I am and my approach so you can decide if we would be a good fit!

My style is warm, thoughtful, and deeply empathetic. With extensive clinical experience, I’ve developed the ability to hold space for people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. I am certified in Brainspotting and trained in CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mind-Body Bridging. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as an option for clients who may benefit from an expanded therapeutic approach.

My goal is to support you with both skill and compassion, helping you access deeper healing and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-connection.

When I’m not in my therapist chair I love being outside- mainly trail running or on my mountain bike. I also love to surf and camping along the Northern California coast. I also love to read and listen to podcasts.
