Therapy, Brainspotting, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Groups for Women and Teens

In-Person in Chico, California and virtual sessions anywhere in California and Utah

Healing begins when you reconnect with yourself.

You don’t have to keep carrying the same patterns, fears, or expectations that have left you feeling stuck. Sometimes healing means slowing down, listening to yourself, and finding the courage to explore what lies beneath the surface.

Hi, I’m Jessica.

I get it, life can be hard.

I help women and teens navigate life’s challenges, deepen their understanding of themselves, and discover a greater sense of meaning, purpose, and connection.

Most of my clients have done therapy in the past, but want a different, deeper approach.

I believe meaningful growth begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. Through genuine connection, thoughtful listening, and honest self-exploration, we’ll create a space where you can show up as your whole self—where difficult emotions can be explored, new insights can unfold. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that growth happens when we feel safe enough to be real.

I offer Individual Therapy, Brainspotting Intensives, Ketamine- Assisted Psychotherapy and Group Therapy to support you in finding clarity, building resilience, and creating a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

Maybe you’ve done therapy in the past, but you’re wanting deeper understanding; something beyond traditional talk therapy.

My Approach to Therapy

I believe that healing goes beyond simply talking about our experiences. Our thoughts, emotions, and bodies are deeply connected, and meaningful change often comes from understanding how they influence one another.

My approach to therapy is personalized and integrative, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including, Brainspotting (BSP), Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.

I place a strong emphasis on understanding the nervous system and how our bodies respond to stress, anxiety, and trauma. Through a combination of traditional talk therapy and body-based approaches, I help clients develop greater awareness, process difficult experiences, and build tools to feel more grounded and connected to themselves.

I recognize that every person’s path to healing looks different. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can explore what works best for you, helping you move beyond patterns that no longer serve you and toward a greater sense of balance, confidence, and emotional well-being.

How can I help?

Who I Work With

I work exclusively with women, teens, and college-age women who are navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and periods of meaningful transition. Many of my clients have been in therapy before, but felt “stuck” or were unable to make progress in the ways they wanted.

I often work with individuals who are experiencing:

  • Anxiety and chronic worry

  • Depression or low mood

  • Trauma or difficult life experiences

  • Major life transitions, including starting college or adulthood

  • Emotional regulation challenges

  • Spiritual or identity exploration

My clients are often seeking a therapeutic space that feels safe, grounded, and collaborative—one where they can slow down, feel understood, and explore meaningful change at their own pace. I welcome clients who are curious about both traditional therapy and integrative approaches, including mindfulness and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy with preparation and integration support.
